*All rates, including the utility fee, are billed monthly. The electric utility fee is a flat fee as individual slips are not metered. The Liveaboard fee is not included in the moorage fees shown above. All mooring vessels must be seaworthy, insured, and reviewed by the marina prior to docking.

Leasing a moorage slip is quick and easy. What you need is:

• Vessel Insurance Coverage
• Completed Moorage Agreement
• Copy of documentation or registration
• Security Deposit (one month’s moorage)
• Pro-rated first months moorage
• Moorage Agreements are initially on a three month term
